4. User Content

4.1. By posting content on the App, you grant GlamHeart a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the content.

4.2. You are solely responsible for any content you post on the App, and you warrant that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy, or any other rights of any third party.

4.3. GlamHeart reserves the right to remove or modify any user content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable.

GlamHeart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the App or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction that is Shimla Himachal Pradesh India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
